Join me for a transformative, dynamic & transformative Yoga, Sculpt Fusion class. In this class traditional yoga is blended with mindful movements and core strengthening techniques of Pilates.
What makes this so different?
"We add a twist with small props to intensify the sculpting effect. It's not about being able to do every single posture perfectly, it's about connecting with your body and mind in the present moment: moving according to how you feel on any given day because yoga looks different on everyone.

SUP Yoga offers a dynamic yoga practice testing your balance skills along with your SUP skills out on the water.
All levels are welcome and full guidance will be given before entering the water.
Session not suitable for those than cannot swim.

Join the free friendly running club open to all levels meeting weekly on a Tuesday evening at 6.30pm. We run no more than 5k and some people in the group walk the route. We stay local and always finish back at the Antelope pub to share a social drink post run for those that would like too.
